The Android version is too old
An APK declares a minimum Android version. If your device is below it, the install fails regardless of anything else. The minimum for the reference build is published on the updates page.
A different build is already installed
Android refuses to install an app over an existing one signed differently. If you have a Mega888 build from another source installed, that conflict has to be resolved before a different build will install.
iPhone and iPad Installation
The current iOS installation method has not been confirmed for this site, so no steps are published here. Steps that look authoritative but are guessed are worse than none on iOS, where an incorrect profile or certificate instruction can affect the device beyond one app.
What is worth knowing: iOS does not allow APK files, and it does not allow installing arbitrary apps the way Android does. Any iOS method involves either the App Store, a configuration profile, or a web app added to the home screen, and each behaves differently.

Windows PC Setup
